This project leverages large language models and AI agents to fully automate customer support ticket resolution. It intelligently processes incoming customer queries, detecting urgency and classifying request types to understand the core issue. The system then generates a helpful, AI-powered response, which is automatically sent to the customer's email address and logged into a Google Sheet for comprehensive record-keeping, all managed through a simple Streamlit web interface and the MCP Inspector Tool.
