Factorial is an open-source MCP (Model Context Protocol) server designed to bridge the gap between AI agents like Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or GitHub Copilot CLI and Factorial, the popular HR management system. It enables employees and managers to handle various time-off operations, including requesting, approving, updating, and deleting time off, as well as checking vacation balances and employee information, all through natural language commands to their preferred AI agent. The server runs locally, communicates securely via OAuth2 with Factorial, and enhances efficiency by delegating routine HR tasks to intelligent agents.
