Connects AI agents and large language models with diverse scientific computing resources and datasets via a standardized protocol.
IoWarp MCPs is a collection of Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers specifically designed to bridge the gap between artificial intelligence and scientific computing. It enables AI agents and Large Language Models (LLMs) to seamlessly interact with various data analysis tools, High-Performance Computing (HPC) resources, and complex research datasets. This platform offers standardized interfaces for tasks ranging from reading scientific data formats (e.g., ADIOS, HDF5, Parquet) and analyzing data with Pandas, to generating plots, managing HPC jobs via Slurm, and fetching research papers from ArXiv, making AI practically applicable to scientific workflows.
