MAF Doctor, also known as the maf-autopilot toolkit, is a powerful .NET global tool designed to simplify working with the Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF). It functions as an MCP server, exposing 25 executable tools, 6 resources, and 7 prompts to AI clients like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor. This comprehensive toolkit assists developers by diagnosing silent failures, ensuring best-practice auditing, providing deterministic fixes for obsolete APIs, and automatically updating migration guides. It integrates deeply into development workflows to catch elusive bugs, keep code current, and harden against security vulnerabilities, making MAF development and migration more efficient and reliable.
