It allows an AI, specifically Claude, to leave notes and prompts for itself across different sessions, ensuring important thoughts, tasks, and observations are not forgotten. Much like a human telling a voice assistant to remember something, Claude can use this system to maintain continuity, track evolving patterns, or keep track of ideas and tasks for future consideration.
