Biomni is an open-source autonomous agent framework developed by Stanford's SNAP lab, designed specifically for high-level biomedical research. It bridges the gap between LLM reasoning and practical execution by automating multi-step tasks such as CRISPR screen design, single-cell RNA-seq analysis, and ADMET prediction. By integrating approximately 11GB of curated biomedical databases and literature with dynamic code execution, Biomni enables researchers to perform data-driven discovery across genomics, proteomics, and clinical contexts within a unified interface.
