AI agents often struggle with traditional API access due to requirements like credit cards, accounts, or API keys. AgentData API solves this by exposing 16 real-time crypto market data endpoints that can be paid for directly with USDC on Base Mainnet, leveraging the x402 protocol. This eliminates the need for subscriptions, accounts, or API keys, enabling seamless machine-to-machine payments. Agents can simply make a request, receive an HTTP 402 Payment Required response, sign an ERC-3009 transaction, and resend to receive the data, paying only for what they use.
