CompTox

This server wraps those traditional workflows into a secure, programmable interface, offering a single Model Context Protocol (MCP) surface for discovery and execution across chemical, bioactivity, exposure, hazard, metadata, interop, and supporting utility catalogs. It provides screening prioritization based on CompTox AED and exposure sources, exposes a machine-readable contract manifest, and acts as the suite's source-grounded evidence ingress layer for downstream AOP, PBPK, O-QT, and orchestration workflows, all while enforcing guardrails and provenance for improved reproducibility and agent-friendly integration.
