Empowers Large Language Models to execute rule-based simulations of molecular interaction systems using the Kappa language.
The Kappybara server provides a powerful interface, built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), enabling Large Language Models (LLMs) to perform complex Kappa simulations. By leveraging the Kappybara Python package, this server allows LLMs to directly execute rule-based models of molecular interaction systems. It exposes a `run_kappa_simulation` tool, facilitating dynamic execution of Kappa code with customizable parameters and returning detailed simulation results, including CSV output for in-depth analysis. This empowers LLMs to explore and understand dynamic system behaviors, fostering scientific inquiry and complex system modeling directly from natural language prompts.
