概要

Enables Cline to send notifications and receive responses via Telegram. When Cline needs input, it sends a Telegram message and pauses, awaiting your reply. It supports different urgency levels for notifications, configurable timeouts, and automatically halts Cline when no response is received within the specified timeframe, preventing unwanted actions.
