概要

This tool provides a robust server for integrating Oura Ring data with a Multimodal Conversational Platform (MCP) client LLM. It facilitates secure authentication using OAuth 2.0, allowing users to safely connect their Oura accounts. Once authenticated, the server grants access to comprehensive sleep data, enabling the LLM to retrieve and analyze information such as last night's sleep score, weekly averages, or data for specific dates, empowering users with deeper insights into their sleep patterns.
