概要

OWL-MCP is an MCP server designed for seamless interaction between AI applications and Web Ontology Language (OWL) ontologies. It provides function calls for finding, adding, or removing OWL axioms, using OWL functional syntax, synchronized with on-disk storage. It simplifies the process of managing and updating ontologies by keeping an in-memory instance and syncing it with disk, facilitating real-time updates across different applications such as Protege. The server is particularly well-suited for OBO-style ontologies, ensuring that labels for opaque IDs are included for improved readability.
