Tool Hub

The Tool Hub acts as a generic middle-layer server, sitting between an LLM client and various downstream servers. It addresses the challenge of prompt bloat and noisy tool selection that arises when an LLM client connects to many servers simultaneously. By consolidating tool discovery and routing, it exposes only a small, stable set of tools to the LLM—`search_tools`, `invoke_tool`, and `list_registered_tools`—thereby streamlining interactions, enhancing reasoning efficiency, and making multi-server setups easier to scale and manage.
