This role involves leading the delivery of a global Customer Service AI network, with a focus on AI products and LLMs. The AI Product Manager will define product requirements, manage cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields • 5+ years of work experience in AI product management with a track record of successfully launching AI products • In-depth knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies • Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies • Experience with Product Management and Collaboration tools like Figma, Jira, and Confluence • Cultural competency working with global teams
• Base salary range of $107,000 - $135,000 • Eligibility for bonus and/or commission • Comprehensive benefits package
