Capture Windows Application

This tool acts as a bridge, enabling Large Language Models to interact with and observe Windows applications directly. It can launch any `.exe` file, intelligently detect and capture screenshots of its active windows, and even manage its lifecycle. Uniquely, it achieves this without requiring any native dependencies, leveraging standard Windows components like PowerShell and .NET `System.Drawing`. The captured images are then encoded and returned inline to the LLM, enhancing an LLM's ability to understand and interact with desktop environments programmatically.
