Imply Druid serves as a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, specifically designed for read-only interactions with Imply Cloud and Apache Druid databases. It empowers AI assistants, such as Claude, to seamlessly query and explore your analytical data. The server provides a comprehensive set of tools for executing synchronous and asynchronous SQL queries, managing query lifecycles, and retrieving results. Users can also list and inspect table schemas, discover dashboards, and explore data cubes, including executing Pivot SQL queries against them. This tool acts as a bridge, translating AI assistant requests into API calls against the Imply Polaris API, thereby facilitating natural language interaction with your Imply/Druid data without supporting data ingestion or modification.
