For Username/Password: `SALESFORCE_USERNAME`, `SALESFORCE_PASSWORD`, `SALESFORCE_TOKEN`, and optionally `SALESFORCE_INSTANCE_URL`. For OAuth2: `SALESFORCE_USERNAME`, `SALESFORCE_PASSWORD`, `SALESFORCE_CONSUMER_KEY`, `SALESFORCE_CONSUMER_SECRET`, and optionally `SALESFORCE_INSTANCE_URL`.
