Accepted Answer

First, clone the repository. Then, install dependencies using `pip install -e ".[dev]"` or `uv pip install --editable ".[dev]"`. Start the server using `python mcp_server/main.py <transport_mode>` (e.g., `stdio`).

Question 4

What are the key features of this MCP server?

Accepted Answer

Key features include auto-generation from the Trello OpenAPI spec, support for multiple transport modes (stdio, sse), configurable settings, linting/formatting/testing tools, and pre-commit hooks for code quality.

Question 5

How can I contribute to the development of this project?

Accepted Answer

This project uses ruff for linting and formatting, mypy for static type checking, and pytest for testing. Pre-commit hooks are also implemented. Run `./scripts/lint.sh`, `./scripts/static-analysis.sh`, and `./scripts/test.sh` to ensure code quality and pass tests.
