vertx-mcp offers a Vert.x-based transport implementation for the Model Context Protocol (MCP) Java SDK, enabling developers to build lightweight, non-blocking MCP servers. It provides flexible transport options including a `VertxMcpTransport` interface for seamless Vert.x application integration, Server-Sent Events (SSE) for real-time bidirectional communication, and support for the new MCP 2025-06-18 Streamable HTTP transport. With built-in `McpVerticle` support, automatic client session management, and a high-performance, event-driven architecture, it streamlines the deployment and operation of MCP servers within the Vert.x ecosystem. Please note that this project is currently experimental and may undergo API changes.
