Voice of Customer Skills

This tool creates a continuously-running Voice of Customer (VoC) system using Claude Code skills to move beyond simple summarization. It ingests customer signals from multiple platforms like Gong, Slack, Granola, HubSpot, public reviews, Survicate, and Jira. The system automatically profiles each signal with account context, intelligently filters noise by only surfacing patterns confirmed across three or more independent sources, then routes these insights to the appropriate teams (e.g., marketing, product, executive), and finally generates ready-to-use artifacts such as outreach emails, copy briefs, or PM one-pagers.
