What is a swarm-coordinated issue?

It is a GitHub issue managed by multiple specialized AI agents—such as coordinators, researchers, and coders—working in tandem to analyze requirements and track execution.

Can I customize how issues map to my project board?

Absolutely. You can define custom status mappings, agent roles, and priority levels via a .github/board-sync.yml configuration file.

Does it support automated progress updates?

Yes, it can periodically scan swarm progress and post detailed summaries as issue comments, including completion percentages and updated task checklists.

Does this skill require the GitHub CLI?

Yes, this skill relies on the GitHub CLI (gh) being installed and authenticated to perform repository and project actions.

How does the automated triage system work?

The skill analyzes the content of new issues against a set of keyword rules to automatically apply labels, assign the correct agents, and set priority levels.
