How does context sharing work?

Sidequest summarizes your current conversation and identifies your active Git branch and recently touched files to give the new Claude session an immediate understanding of your project state.

Is there a limit to how many sidequests I can run?

There is no hard limit imposed by the skill; you can spawn as many parallel terminal sessions as your system resources and Claude API limits allow.

Does Sidequest work on Windows or Linux?

Currently, Sidequest is optimized for macOS as it utilizes AppleScript to automate Terminal.app and iTerm2 window management.

Can I share live state between the two sessions?

While the sessions share the same filesystem and Git repository, the AI thought processes are independent. Changes made to files in one session will be visible to the other upon refresh.
