No. Any archival, deletion, or merge operations require explicit user confirmation during the Consolidation phase after you have reviewed the AI's justification.

A Quick Scan only evaluates skills that have changed since the last audit (usually 5-10 mins), while a Full Stocktake performs a comprehensive review of all installed skills (20-30 mins).

Can it audit project-specific skills as well as global ones?

Yes, it automatically detects and scans repo-local skill directories relative to your current working directory if your tool configuration supports them.

How does the AI determine if a skill should be retired?
