Helm-mcp is an open-source Model Context Protocol (MCP) server designed to provide AI assistants with full, programmatic access to Helm, the Kubernetes package manager. Utilizing the native Helm Go SDK, it supports both Helm 3.x and 4.x within a single binary. This enables users to manage Kubernetes deployments using natural language by connecting helm-mcp to various MCP-compatible clients like Claude, Cursor, or VS Code, facilitating tasks such as installing charts, managing releases, and searching repositories through conversational interfaces.
