Uncommitted changes are forcefully discarded. This skill is designed to completely tear down a worktree, so it does not block execution if there are pending changes.

What should I do if I run the command inside the worktree being destroyed?

The skill will detect this scenario, complete the destruction, and then instruct you to close the current session and open a new one from a valid directory, as the current working directory will no longer exist.
