Kimchi Beads is the ninth stage of the Kimchi planning pipeline, designed to bridge the gap between high-level project planning and autonomous execution. It transforms synthesized plan files into granular, standalone 'beads' (YAML files) that contain every piece of context, testing requirement, and acceptance criterion an AI agent needs to complete a task without external reference. By using 'find' landmarks instead of line numbers and supporting multiple orchestration modes like ACFS and GasTown, it ensures robust, scalable, and verifiable code generation in multi-agent environments.
