This role involves building and running the processes that help scale how AI products are designed, priced, launched, and improved. The Product Operations Manager will act as a key link between Product, Go-to-Market (GTM), Business, Solutions, and Finance teams to drive structure and alignment. Responsibilities include orchestrating cross-functional discussions, managing the product catalog, and enabling successful product launches.
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Operations or Product Management roles in tech companies • Excellence in managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to clarify complex discussions and map out trade-offs • Deep understanding of product workflows like PRDs, roadmaps, and launches • Excellent communication and influence skills to facilitate meetings and create materials for technical and business teams • Familiarity with SaaS pricing concepts (e.g., usage-based, seat-based) is ideal
