This role involves leading the development and expansion of HighLevel’s AI product suite, with a focus on the Knowledge Base product. The Senior Product Manager will establish the strategic direction, create product roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions. The goal is to optimize user experiences and enhance customer interactions through the strategic application of AI.
• 4+ years of Product Management experience (AI/Chatbots/SaaS preferred) • 2+ years of AI domain experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field • Strong understanding of AI, chatbots, and SaaS technologies • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to leverage data for decisions • Strong communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders • Deep empathy for users and passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
